My growing MANUFACTURING customer is seeking hands on

Maintenance technicians to work shift that is regular for their

Growing Manufacturing Operation. Ideal candidate will have

A powerful work ethic and experience

A plastics production environment



You must have Manufacturing plant encounter. This isn't

A facilities place to correct plumbing. Hands on Care

Tech with electrical experience to include PLC experience,



A care skill set with a focus on the capability

to troubleshoot PLCs, diagnose and troubleshoot pneumatics,

Mechanical, hydraulics and electrical issues that come
Up inside the plant.



The maintenance technician will also install power supply wiring

And conduit for machines and equipment as

Robots conveyors, and programmable controllers, after electric

Code and blueprints, using hand tools and voltage tester.



Additional Job Responsibilities:



Provide care support for your plant. Including repair,

Troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of construction,

Process and equipment systems such as plumbing, electrical/controls

And mechanical care. Machine repair skills is a plus.

Hands on. Should have the ability to do the work NOW not tell someone HOW to do it.

Hands online contributor. Background is a plus.



Installs and repairs electrical systems, devices, and electrical



Following code, manuals, schematic diagrams, patterns,

And other specifications, using power tools, hand tools, and
Electrical and electronics equipment.



Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines

And equipment, such as robots conveyors, and programmable controllers,

Patterns and following electric code, using voltage tester and hand tools.



Power supply equipment and machines with wires, and joins

Cables and wires following guides, between equipment and machines,

Schematic patterns, and diagrams, using hand tools and test equipment.



Participate in production plant maintenance

Crossover meetings to prioritize and assign work.



Perform preventative care.



Perform inspect and test items per pc

Schedule on a monthly, weekly and daily basis.



Repair of equipment failures.

Scheduled maintenance according to scheduled shutdowns.

Be proactive with fluid flows such as glycol, oil

Work with schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot systems.

Respond to building emergencies.

Work with operators on process improvements and

Train operators.

Design and build pieces that are necessary.

Keen knowledge of the tool to fix the issue that is delegated

In a manner that is timely Maintain good housekeeping in upkeep

After completing jobs and department. Must keep Pieces that are critical

And inventory on hand to handle serious maintenance issues

Support engineering jobs including trials and installation.

Understanding of production procedures, and assist in

Process equipment's performance. Work with operators on

Process improvements, and train operators
maintenance. Utilize schematics and

Designs to troubleshoot systems.



Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience:



Have to have Manufacturing plant expertise.

Strong self-starter that wants to guide the manner and

Fix and identify any maintenance

Strong electrical, mechanical, welding and PLC programming

Mechanical machine repair experience is a plus

Working understanding of painting Carpentry, HVAC, fire systems and pipes.

Understanding of fluid power and gear lubrication

Industrial electrical/controls/mechanical at least 5 years
Maintenance within a plant experience.

May require program to encourage creation.

Working knowledge of electrical systems and electrical safety.

Working knowledge of AC frequency drives and DC drives

Working knowledge of PLC's



25-27 an hour occasional overtime
